A quiet retreat designed to restore mind, body and spirit.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and sink into deep rest at our Rest, Relax & Restore SILENT Retreat - a day devoted to calm, clarity, and gentle healing.

This signature retreat experience weaves together yin yoga, sound healing, meditation, and nourishing soul food, all thoughtfully curated to support deep rest and reconnection with yourself.

For this special offering, we’re introducing a beautifully simple element - silence. You’ll be fully guided by our facilitators, just as always, but there’s no expectation to speak or engage in conversation. The day invites you to let go of external demands, move inward, and rest without pressure.

Join us for a day of peaceful presence and intentional self-care. Step away from the noise, sink into stillness, and give yourself the space to truly rest- your mind, body, and spirit will thank you for it.
